By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the Platform's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms published on the Platform from time to time. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account and use the Services. Depending on the applicable licence jurisdiction, a higher minimum age may apply. The Platform reserves the right to require proof of age at any point and to suspend an Account pending age verification.
3.1.2 Meeting the minimum age requirement does not automatically make online gambling lawful in your jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their legal eligibility under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial law.

3.3.1 Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances therein.
3.4.1 Accounts must be used solely for personal entertainment. Using the Platform for commercial purposes, operating on behalf of third parties, or using automated systems or bots to interact with the Services is strictly prohibited.

4.1.1 To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number.
4.1.2 You must not use a false identity, provide misleading information or impersonate any other person during registration. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
4.2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2.2 You must notify the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.2.3 The Platform will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any channel other than the official login interface at https://777cn.cam. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.
4.3.1 You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Changes to your legal name, address or payment details must be communicated to the Platform promptly and may require additional KYC documentation.
5.1.1 The Platform is required to verify the identity and age of all registered Users before processing withdrawals and may require verification at any stage. Verification may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.
5.1.2 For Pakistani users, acceptable identity documents include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid passport. A utility bill, bank statement or other official correspondence showing your name and residential address may be required as proof of address.
5.2.1 All documents submitted for KYC purposes must be authentic, unaltered and legible. Submission of falsified, altered or fraudulent documents constitutes a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Balances and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
5.2.2 Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send KYC documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, or unencrypted email channels.
5.3.1 The Platform endeavours to complete standard KYC reviews promptly. Complex cases or incomplete submissions may take longer. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. The Platform accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or unclear document submissions.
6.1.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform's live cashier. The availability of specific payment options — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as bank transfer methods referencing institutions like HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, or mobile wallet methods — is subject to the operator's cashier configuration, the payment provider's own policies and applicable law. The Platform makes no guarantee that any specific payment method will be available.
6.1.2 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by any applicable promotional terms.
6.1.3 All deposited funds must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

6.2.3 Processing timelines for withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to change. The Platform will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe but cannot guarantee specific processing speeds.
6.3.1 Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the currency setting is configured accordingly. Where currency conversion is required, the Platform's exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. Conversion rates may include a spread and may not reflect interbank rates.

7.1.1 All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and other incentives offered by 777cn are subject to individual promotion terms that specify: eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, maximum bet per round while bonus is active, bonus expiry period and any other applicable restrictions.
7.1.2 All bonus figures published on this Platform — including illustrative examples such as "up to PKR 25,000" — are promotional representations only. Actual bonus amounts and availability are determined by the operator's current live promotion terms, which may differ from illustrative figures shown on informational pages.
7.2.1 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 150,000 in eligible bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable Balance.

7.3.1 The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings in cases where it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, structured betting designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or any pattern of play that the Platform determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational use.
7.4.1 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress, except where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion is being abused.
8.1.1 All casino games on the Platform use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical dealing, as applicable. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.1.2 Sports betting odds are set by professional odds-compilation systems and are subject to change up until the relevant market closes. The Platform is not responsible for outcome errors caused by data feed failures from third-party providers, subject to the Platform's best efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
8.2.1 All bets are settled in accordance with the relevant sport's official result as determined by the governing body or the Platform's designated result provider. In the event of a discrepancy, the Platform's records shall be the authoritative source.
8.2.2 In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet placement, the Platform will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. The Platform's decision in such cases is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
8.3.1 The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a pricing error, or any bet placed in circumstances where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the outcome was known to the player prior to placement (match-fixing, insider information, etc.). Void bet stakes are returned to the player's Account Balance.
9.1.1 777cn provides the following responsible gambling tools within Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time limits; reality check notifications; cooling-off periods; and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
9.1.2 Limits set by the Player take effect immediately for restrictive changes (lowering limits) and are subject to a mandatory reflection period of no less than 24 hours for any increase to existing limits.
9.2.1 Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen period. During self-exclusion, the Platform will take reasonable steps to prevent Account access and will not send promotional communications to the excluded Player.
9.3.1 The Platform employs age verification measures and takes underage access seriously. If you allow others to use your device, please use parental-control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.

The Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of this section and to forfeit any Balance associated with prohibited conduct.
11.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 777cn or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works of any Platform content.
11.3 The 777cn name, logo and all related marks are the property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form is strictly prohibited.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777cn shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (c) any damages arising from your inability to access or use the Platform; or (d) any damages resulting from third-party conduct, including payment provider failures or data breaches outside the Platform's control.
12.2 The Platform's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by you during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Platform's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12.4 Gambling involves financial risk. The Platform provides entertainment services and accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Users. It is the User's responsibility to gamble within their means.
13.1.1 The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged Account inactivity; or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
13.1.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, genuine Balance (excluding unearned Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User via an available payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your designated payment method, subject to KYC clearance and absence of any outstanding review.
13.3.1 An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account fees may apply in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy. Prior notice will be provided before any dormancy charge is applied.
14.1 777cn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
14.3 The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform holds its operating licence. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may hold under applicable local law.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact 777cn's customer support team in the first instance. The Platform will endeavour to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the matter may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by the Platform's licence jurisdiction.
15.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
